Marian Rizkalla is a recent graduate of the M.S program at the George Mason Carter School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution where she received the Charles Scheidt fellowship for Mass Atrocities and Genocide Prevention. She holds an M.A in Middle East studies from the American University in Cairo. She is also an incoming first year PhD student at the Carter School.
