Jayne Seminare Docherty is the executive director of the Center for Justice and Peacebuilding at Eastern Mennonite University. She holds a Ph.D. from George Mason University and earned an AB from Brown University. Jayne's research and practice focus on conflicts that involve worldview differences. She is currently interested in ways we can transform the worldview conflict between the lofty aspirations and the flawed assumptions about race, gender, power, and privilege written into the founding documents of the United States.
