This may be because they do not want to communicate, or it may be because they are afraid to contact their opponents or have no way to do so.? Sometimes the parties will break-off communication as a form of protest after a particularly disagreeable incident. However, the lack of communication can significantly increase the risk of future incidents.</style></abstract></record></records></xml>
