Theories of Knowledge
Conflict resolution knowledge includes not only scholarly or scientific fact, but also "folk knowledge" and the experiences of practitioners and "regular people" who engage in conflictual behavior every day. The interaction between these two types of knowledge is part of what makes the conflict resolution field as rich as it is.
